ClicCouves is a Consultancy specialising in providing Clarity and Leadership In Change. We help businesses to successfully implement change in their organisations and realise business benefits.
Organisations and ourselves as individuals are experiencing an ever increasing pace of change. For some this is easier than others and for almost all we could journey through it more effectively.
We provide consultancy services to organisations tackling major change projects and programmes. With sound project and programme management expertise and an ability to help organsiations plan for change we aim to add value in an ever more competitive world.
Alongside the consultancy services we offer a range of experiential learning workshops. We believe that people learn by applying new knowledge in practical situations and so our business development workshops and Project Management and Change Leadership Master Classes allow delegates to learn new techniques within the context of projects and problems from their own organisations.
For individuals we offer experiential development workshops in leadership and communication skills and these are tailored to the needs of the participants who will have identiifed development needs and have scenarios in mind to work towards.
We are passionate about developing young people and are pleased to introduce a new theme of workshops 'STAR Qualities'. Through the initial workshop young people will explore their own STAR qualities, understand how to communicate their achievements in competency based interviews (using the STAR technique) and take the initial steps to begin proactively managing their own career. Follow up sessions are also available in interview coaching, effective networking and personal portfolio development.
